What the AI Document Generator does

Many workplace documents follow a familiar shape: a policy has a purpose, scope and rules; a procedure has numbered steps; minutes record decisions and actions. Writing them from nothing still takes time. This generator reads your request, works out what kind of document you need and drafts it in the usual structure with headings and lists, ready for you to edit.

Give it the specifics that make the document yours, such as who it applies to, dates, amounts and the decisions already made. Anything you leave out becomes a bracketed placeholder so nothing fake slips into the final version. For contracts, HR policies and anything with legal effect, have the draft checked by a qualified person before it is used.

Turn rough notes into an agenda before a meeting or tidy minutes with actions afterwards.

Standard procedures

Convert a messy description of how a task is done into numbered steps new staff can follow.

Questions

What kinds of documents can it write?

Text documents such as memos, policies, procedures, proposals, agendas, minutes, notices and checklists. It produces text only, not formatted files or spreadsheets.

Can I use it for contracts?

You can get a rough outline, but it is not legal advice. Any agreement with legal weight should be reviewed by a lawyer before anyone signs it.

Why are there brackets in my draft?

Brackets mark details you did not supply, such as a company name or date. Fill them in so the document is accurate.

How do I get a more specific result?

Add the exact rules, numbers and people involved. Vague requests produce generic documents, while detailed notes produce drafts you barely need to change.
