What the AI Email Responder does

Replying is often harder than it looks when an email has several questions, a tricky request or a tone you need to match. Paste the message you received, add a line about what you want to say, and this tool writes a reply that works through each point in order so nothing gets missed.

It sticks to your position. If you want to decline, push back on a deadline or agree with conditions, say so and the reply will reflect it. Where you have not decided something, it leaves a placeholder instead of agreeing on your behalf. Set the tone to match the sender, from a quick friendly note to a formal response.

01

Paste the email you received into the box.

Questions

What if I don't add any notes?

The tool writes a neutral reply that acknowledges each point and uses placeholders where a decision is needed. Adding notes gives a much more useful reply.

Will it agree to things on my behalf?

No. It follows only the position you state. Anything you have not decided is left as a bracketed placeholder.

Can it reply to a long email thread?

Yes, as long as the pasted text is under 12,000 characters. Paste the most recent message first or say which message you are replying to.

Should I paste private emails?

Remove anything sensitive such as account numbers or personal data you do not need the reply to mention before pasting.
